Rules, Rights, and Responsibilities

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the jljl16 platform, used to access games, manage funds, and claim promotions.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's jljl16 wallet, comprising both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the jljl16 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

3.3 When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jljl16 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate registration details.

3.4 jljl16 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljl16 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jljl16 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

4.3 You must notify jljl16 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jljl16 will investigate all reported incidents and may suspend an account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.

4.4 jljl16 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication. However, jljl16 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from all security vulnerabilities and accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

5.1 Deposits. jljl16 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. All deposits are credited in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise stated. jljl16 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and meet all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Real-money funds not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.

5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within the same business day. jljl16 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits apply and are published on the platform. jljl16 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawal requests.

5.5 Refused Transactions. jljl16 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where the Platform suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Affected funds may be held pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

5.6 Deposits are used first to settle any outstanding real-money balance requirements. Bonus funds are applied and ring-fenced in accordance with the specific promotion terms. Once a wagering requirement is met, bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money funds.

6.1 jljl16 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

6.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all jljl16 promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all;

6.3 jljl16 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from such funds if it determines that a Player has engaged in irregular wagering patterns, abuse of bonus terms, or any activity inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.

7.1 All games available on the jljl16 platform are operated by third-party game providers who are independently licensed and certified. Random Number Generator (RNG) slots are tested and certified by recognised independent testing laboratories. Live casino games use physical cards, wheels, and dice dealt or operated by human dealers in licensed studios.

7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within each game's information panel. Live casino games operate at the mathematical house edges standard to each game type as published by the game provider.

7.3 jljl16 is not responsible for technical malfunctions within third-party game software. In the event of a documented game malfunction that affects a wager outcome, jljl16 will investigate and, at its discretion, void affected wagers and return stakes to Players.

7.4 Bet limits apply to all games. Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game interface. Bets placed in excess of the maximum limit may be voided at jljl16's discretion.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jljl16 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 3;
• Creating or using more than one account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to play games or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from exploited errors are void;
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including but not limited to live poker and live blackjack;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with criminal activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals — all chargebacks on legitimate deposits will result in immediate account suspension;
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

8.2 jljl16 employs automated detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted to jljl16 support will be processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and no new deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected period.

10.3 Unauthorised reproduction or use of jljl16 intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 jljl16 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jljl16 will publish the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-account notification.

12.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jljl16 platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must notify jljl16 and cease using the platform. You may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds at any time.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and jljl16, the Player should first contact jljl16 customer support to seek resolution. The support team will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jljl16 support within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.4 jljl16 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. All gaming activities conducted on the jljl16 platform are subject to applicable Philippine law.
